We grow the Florida Cranberry at our small Central Florida Farm. Our mission is to cultivate the public’s interest in the fruit, while developing a market around it. Basically, we’re your source for all things Florida Cranberry. Plants, Seeds, Recipes, Tea, Salt, Seasonings, and most importantly COMMUNITY.
First and foremost, we’re farmers. Our passion is growing the Florida Cranberry abundantly and sustainably. We use no chemical fertilizers or pesticides to grow our fruit and we’re excited to encourage other growers to do the same. We’re always ready to share showcase, and educate about eco-friendly farming practices. Growing food is fun, growing the Florida Cranberry is EXTRAORDINARY.
It takes a village. We’re looking for passionate entrepreneurs and community partners ready to bring the Florida Cranberry to the world. Together, we will build the market, develop a sustainable industry, and bring the spotlight back to Florida’s rich agricultural tradition. We’re in this TOGETHER.
Big picture, our goal is to develop a market for the Florida Cranberry. Right now, we offer farm-fresh products, but long-term, we aspire to create a Winery. The Florida Cranberry will become to Florida, what the grape is to California.

SECRET SAUCE IS THE SOIL
Seed to Harvest
Seed Saving is at the heart of everything that we do. Everything else emanates from this ancient practice. We are stewards of the seed, sustaining it from generation to generation, harvesting and replanting it year after year.
Healthy Soil we add very little to our farm’s soil except for the occasional compost. We believe that vibrant plants come from living dirt. The soil contains an entire community of living nutrients and beneficial organisms that enrich the plants above. Chemicals must be avoided because in many cases, they can be toxic to the life-giving carnival that makes the soil its home.
Fantastic Fruit comes from palnts that are rooted in a rich, bio-diverse soil. That’s our philosophy. We grow the best fruit because it is grown in the best soil.
Harvest happens in the Fall. When the fruit is ripe we harvest it by hand using a non-invasive method.
FARM TO TABLE
Careful Harvest to Small-Batch
Peel & Wash is our fruit’s first step after harvest. We carefully separate the flesh of the fruit from the seed pit. The peeled fruit is then meticulously washed, ensuring that the fruit is clean and ready to be dried.
Sun Dry the cleaned fruit is then set out to bathe in the warm and renewing Florida Sunshine.
Cut & Mill is the next step on the fruit’s journey toward the table. The dried fruit is then cut, sifted, and milled into its final products.
Seed Saving rinse and repeat. We collect and save seeds from our plants at the end of the season. This ensures the next season’s success.
